We are here for the pastors...

The Shepherds. The burden holders for so many. The vision casters. The protectors and keepers of the Kingdom. Pastors are special people, able to channel divine inspiration through a touch or a word. Your call is to serve the people of God who are often fickle, flighty, or at times unyielding. Yet into the battle you go... depending on God's grace and strength to carry you onward.

Many are broken, tired, worn out or simply feel alone from carrying the weight of the call. We are here for you! You are not alone! You have help as a colaborer in that same call, Pastor. It's ok to say you need help. Reach Out! Gain an ally in this journey. Battlefields are dangerous, and folks get injured.

We commit to being a catalyst in your life. To help you reconnect with your vision. We will do everything possible to see you refit and repurposed into the effective and revived soldier for this spiritual battle we face daily. For some this will require a sabbatical, R3 has the space and ability to walk with you through that season and see you safely to the other side. R3 Ministries will bathe the process in love and consistent interaction, along with helping you employ  restorative strategies into your life.

All our services are free to the Pastor. We operate on a sponsor-based budget. So there is no cost to  those in need.  No need or issue is too small or large. Let us help you in your journey!

Testimonials

“No matter where one finds themselves in ministry, they will admit the stress and pressures that are prominent in clergy in 2019. Suicides are rampant and some 13,000 ministers leave the ministry each year. Shepherds’ Haven will be a wonderful resource to many from all denominations, as well as their ministry teams.”

“As a Senior Pastor and mentor and coach of pastors and leaders, I understand and appreciate the heart and vision of
Myles & Donna Cartrette for Shepherds’ Haven. Having walked through the restoration journey with this couple has opened my eyes to see the need for this refuge for senior leaders. I look forward to being able to visit this beautiful property where my family and I will be able to find rest, hope, peace and fellowship during our stay. Thanks to Myles and Donna for hearing from God and providing the leadership to see this happen.”
