Myles & Donna Cartrette

Founding Pastors & CEO

Myles and Donna Cartrette are the leaders of the organization in vision, direction & heart.  Our vision and purpose was birthed with these two and they have shouldered the burden of making Shepherd's Haven a reality.  Credentialed through the IPHC, Myles has served the body, as pastor, for many years. Myles' story of success and failures through a life of ministry has shaped our hearts and mission at R3.  
Myles attended East Carolina University and spent 20+  years in the construction business. Donna has her Associates in Business from Southeastern Community College. They have been married since 2014. Myles is a father of 3 and Donna has 2 children. They currently live in their hometown of Chadbourn, NC. 

Justin Williamson

Operations Pastor

Married to Marylou, they are a huge part of what moves us forward.  Justin handles all our our behind the scenes operations: media, operations, organization, & connections. He has spent 20 years in service to the kingdom as worship pastor and leadership staff in several locations. He received his ordination in 2023 through GFIN. Justin & Marylou serve at Forward Church in Myrtle Beach, SC as Worship and Student Pastors.

Densil Worthington

Business Professional/Worthington Funeral Home

A native of Chadbourn, Densil is a second generation family owner.  Upon his graduation from High School, he attended East Carolina University and obtained his degree in Chemistry. Densil is  a member of Chadbourn United Methodist Church, where he currently serves as treasurer. He is a vital member of our community serving with several civic organizations: Chadbourn Lions Club, Chadbourn Depo Museum, Strawberry Festival Board, etc...

Dr Juan A. Garcia

Christian Counselor/Pastor

Juan and Dorcas Garcia are a most welcome addition to our team! PhD in Christian Ministries,  M.A. in Theology &  B.A. in Theology from the College of the Open Bible. An Ordained Minister through the College of the Open Bible. Board Certified Christian Counselor and Christian Life Coach through the National Association of Christian Counselors. With over 25 years coaching and counseling others .

Danny Nelson

NC IPHC Superintendent 

Rev. Danny Nelson was born and raised in the International Pentecostal Holiness Church.  He was saved at the age of 12 and called to preach at 14 at Falcon Youth Camp.  Rev. Nelson graduated from Holmes Bible College in 1973 & from Southwestern University Graduate School in 2005. He has experienced 28 years as a pastor, having served numerous congregations. In 2001, Rev. Nelson was elected to serve in the capacity of Evangelism & World Missions Director  for the North Carolina Conference of the IPHC.  He also served on the General IPHC World Missions Board during that same time.  He held the position of Assistant Superintendent for the North Carolina Conference from 2009-2015. In 2015, He was elected to serve as Conference Superintendent.  Under his leadership, the Conference experienced phenomenal growth and gain in a number of areas. There are too many accomplishments to list here. Rev. Nelson faithfully served the North Carolina Conference as Superintendent until May of 2023, when he officially retired from leadership within the Conference. As he put it, he retired from leadership, but NOT ministry. He will always be called to serve in whatever capacity God desires. Rev. Nelson has been married for 51 years to Rose.  They reside in Falcon, North Carolina.  Danny and Rose have 2 children; Nicole  and James.  They also have 5 grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Ava, Jackson, Katy and Blake.

Chris Honeycutt

Lead Pastor at Forward Church/Maxwell Team Certified Coach

Chris Honeycutt is a graduate of  Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL  with a Bachelors of Science degree in Church Ministries. He is a certified speaker, leadership trainer, and coach with the Maxwell Leadership Team. He is the Founding Pastor at Forward Church Myrtle Beach and is passionate about inspiring others to become an effective influence to those around them. He strives to be a "servant leader", doing the unheralded task of working behind the scenes on various projects. Chris resides in Myrtle Beach, SC with his wife, Heather and son, Nelson.

Thomas Osborn

Business Professional/Tech Consultant

Is a founder of DiscipleIQ, co-founder of AI&Faith, and serving a portfolio of ventures focused on technology that encourages and enhances relationship-centric 1x1 discipleship. Thomas brings extensive experience in business strategy, operations management, and technology development (with leadership roles at JPMorganChase, Deloitte, Pathwright, Faithlife, Subsplash, Vettd.ai, etc.) and has a keen interest in technology that enhances spiritual transformation via deeper teacher and learner engagement. Thomas holds an MBA with a finance concentration from the U. of Illinois.  Thomas has served many ministries over the years including Fuller Seminary|Cascade Fellow – Advisory Board; Kiros|Seattle, Founder and Board Chair; Union Church, Founding Member; Regent College, US Foundation Board; UpperRoom Coffeehouse, Founder and President).

Brad Carter

Lead Pastor at Calvary Wallace/Calvary Church Network

Lead Pastors of Calvary Wallace, Brad and his wife Kayla are uniquly gifted! Their passion has placed them on the cutting edge of ministry that reaches across the US. He is intrinsically involved in the Calvary Church Network as a visionary leader and team builder as well as a dynamic speaker. He oversees and pastors a large number of network member/churches. He is a charismatic community leader offering passionate service and a willingness to get dirty with the services needed to keep the gospel real and accessible.
